Flu vaccine is now available


We received shipment of flu vaccines including Fluzone High Dose for (for individuals 65 and older) and Flulaval Quadrivalent vaccine, indicated for individuals ages 3 and up. We allow walk-ins but we prefer that come in for flu vaccinations on Tuesdays and Thursdays as our staff members are busier on other days of the week. We provide vaccination for existing and new patients. Cash price is $35 for Flulaval Quadrivalent and $60 for Fluzone High Dose. To save time you may download and fill out our flu vaccine consent form before you come to the office. Please bring this with your insurance card and ID.
